1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Blast Marketing Pros (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website at www.blastmarketingpros.com and all related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Blast Marketing Pros provides done-for-you social media content creation, scheduling, and publishing services for local businesses. Our “Social Pulse” plan includes 30+ branded posts per month, scheduling, and publishing to platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis at the price listed on our pricing page (currently $47/month).
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@blastmarketingpros.com. This guarantee applies to the first billing cycle only.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your service will continue through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

6. Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information during onboarding
• Grant necessary access to your social media accounts for content publishing
• Ensure that any materials you provide (logos, photos, brand guidelines) are owned by you or you have the right to use them
• Not use our services for any unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes

7. Content Ownership

All content created by Blast Marketing Pros for your business (graphics, captions, etc.) is created for your use. Once delivered and paid for, you retain full rights to use the content for your business. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blast Marketing Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. No Guaranteed Results

While we strive to provide high-quality content and maintain an active social presence for your business, we do not guarantee specific results such as follower growth, engagement rates, or revenue increases. Social media performance depends on many factors outside of our control.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
